This is just to say thanks to
North Shropshire Wheelers for a great day out on the Berwyn Bash last
Sunday. What a fine route - hard but fair, as they say! (I don't think
those were the words I used when actually pedalling up the steep road climb
out of Glyn Ceirog). Don't let anybody talk you into re-designing the
off-road routes with all the climbing on road - that would made it
dull!! On the other hand, just a tad more variety at the refuelling stop
would be nice for the next time. But that's just a small point,
everything else was just fine: the signs were all there, everybody was
friendly, and it didn't rain.
Thanks again to all involved!
Another excellent event yesterday so a big thanks
to all of you involved in organising and running it.
